How Does It Work?

Your personal healthcare team consists of a Functional Medicine Provider, a Functional Nutritionist Practitioner, and a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach.

Step 1:

Group Introductory Zoom Call (60 minutes) - Free

Join one of our weekly 60 minute group Zoom calls to learn more about the Functional Medicine Clinic offerings and next steps on your personal health care journey.

Optional Introductory Provider Visit (30 minutes) - $75

Visit with a provider to briefly review your health concerns and allow us to explain our approach to treatment. We will not be reviewing any labs or making any treatment recommendations at this consultation. This is an opportunity for you to meet with our team and make sure we are a good fit for you.
 
Step 2:

Medical History Visit (90 minutes) - $750 $500

Start your personal health care journey with an in-depth appointment with one of our Functional Medicine Providers. At this visit, your provider will review your medical history and determine which Functional Care Package is right for you.

Step 3:

Patient Enrollment

Your Provider will determine which Functional Care Package is right for you.

From there, the Patient Coordinator will schedule your follow up appointments with the Provider, Nutritionist, and Health Coach.
